Mers has a 34.4% case fatality rate and no human-to-human transmission. How did they find someone to get infected by that sucker twice? Or did they just find someone who is very unlikely around camels?
The CDC says that MERS likely does transmit human to human through droplets from breath, so I don't know "MERS-CoV, like other coronaviruses, likely spreads from an infected person’s respiratory secretions, such as through coughing. "
