Herd immunity would be another 160 million cases if you believe about 40 million are infected right now. That would be pretty catastrophic for the healthcare system and society.
I believe we’re way under 40 million. Sure it will. I just don’t think there’s a realistic alternative. Just wear masks until infections get too high per hospital capacity then lockdown then rinse repeat.
