China knew that this virus was horrific so they locked in entire provinces to stop the virus from spreading within China. Yet they allowed Chinese people to travel all over the world, carrying the virus with them. All while, lying to the world about how dangerous it really was.

"allow Chinese to travel all over the world" if Covid-19 started in USA, does our government has legal grounds to ban American citizens leaving USA?

Probably not, but China could've said something. They didn't.

In face the virus was present in Italy in Nov of 2019 as researchers have found. The type of Covid-19 virus in USA was European. I don't believe any new coronavirus can't be stopped at the source Ever. IMO. So blaming red Chinese is really political and anti science.

No, it's not. It's highly unlikely that the virus originated in Italy. It doesn't fit the pattern of novel viruses. You can't 100% blame China, but you can absolutely say they could've done significantly more to warn the world.

What could Chinese have done differently to warn the other nations? Why Korea, Japan, Vietnam and TW, which knew as much as USA, were able to control Covid-19 better? Did they have hire better employees like you and me?

I already told you. Westerners don't understand Asian communication. They could have said "you need to quarantine inbound from China".

But USA implemented travel ban for Chinese but forgot Europe ppl. As I believe, for any nation, it was impossible to prevent any import but failure to trace/test/contain was not smart.

What the United States did was irrelevant. The US' handling was stupid. That doesn't change the fact that China could've also done a better job warning the world.
