I meant China locked down the province of HuBei on 1/23. This was unprecedented... Even I was able to tell this new Covid-19 must be pretty nasty back in late January... So CIA couldn't read Chinese and tell our administration this virus need attention ?
Even if there are Chinese speakers at the CIA, they don't know Chinese culture. They don't understand that you look at the actions of Chinese, not what they say and the data they give.
Well... should Americans blame CIA for not hiring ppl like me? Disband CIA which is useless!
