China was first country to get hit with this pandemic and they stopped it. The United States the ~5th major country to get hit with this pandemic and has effectively elected to kill multiple 100,000s of our own people through incompetence. And now we're going to lecture China?
I'm not sure anyone in the West, never mind at the WAPO, actually knows what is going on over there. Maybe we should, you know... Take care of our own business first? Just a thought.
