I tell myself this same idea but like this: “People are trying to tell you what kind of person they are — you just need to listen.” It is also interesting to me how often body language reflects the type of person someone is.

Nothing magical, I guess. For example, shifty body language people who can’t look you in the eye usually turn out to be shifty people.

Yep, Great example. Hunched over. Scanning the audience without actually looking at the people. Unable to keep eye contact with the interviewer.
