In my experience, when it comes to people’s’ integrity, where there is smoke, there is fire.

I tell myself this same idea but like this: “People are trying to tell you what kind of person they are — you just need to listen.” It is also interesting to me how often body language reflects the type of person someone is.

Body language? Tell me more! I usually just think of body language about telling me about what they’re thinking in the moment.

Nothing magical, I guess. For example, shifty body language people who can’t look you in the eye usually turn out to be shifty people.
