One of the most interesting Supreme Court cases I have ever encountered. The United States signs a treaty with the Lakota/Sioux tribes agreeing not to encroach upon their land. Haha yup. Not only did we take their land, but we erected a huge monument (Mr. Rushmore) which in a lot of ways commemorates our aggression. Huge fuck you to Native America.
