Multiple Japanese run factories in Mexico would rather triple their labor costs than relocate their factories to the US.

But it's all about moving cost to USA... Not cost of USA manufacturing...

It’s a combination of both. Most cars are sold in USA. If labor cost was the same, in the long run, USA would be better.
