For him it is very small cost. Correct me if wrong but He is shut out of the Chinese market anyways by unionpay and Alipay. This is not the nba and China.

I didn’t read the whole article but how is this different from what China does to couples to have more than 2 children who are not Uighur? Sounds the same to me.
