Most of the stations in Maine are paper mills, or were - Madison, Rumford, Livermore Falls, Riley (Jay), Bucksport, Old Town, Mattawamkeag, Lincoln, Augusta. Others are pallet mills. It's all boxcars (paper) and chemical tanks (for making paper)
