I’m a huge fan of using LinkedIn recruiter to find people that have a great skill set and reaching out to them cold. If you have a business that’s more exciting than what they’re doing it’s not hard to get a way better pool than the group actively looking.
Happy to see you here :) I'm too old for that shit dude. I can't be bothered...maybe I should've gotten a firm do this for me (never tried that).
