I’ve heard of multiple outbreaks from NY grocery stores, although not recently. Hundreds of staffers have caught it. NYC is not Texas, there is little to no ventilation and no possibility of 6 ft distancing.

Depends on the store. Hit the Bravo on 34th ave and like 35th st. That or sack up and go to Costco.

No car makes it a lot harder also. Anyways, like I said, probably going to start going back next week if downward trajectory holds after the protest incubation period

Yeah, if Nikki’s family weren’t on LI, I’d be thinking about it. We actually have really cheap rent, so would mostly just be for taxes.

Not sure if those Texas summers would really up my quality of life. With a car in NY, could still hike every weekend.

Gentle reminder that leaving NYC for a better quality of life, no matter how much more practical, less expensive, and enjoyable, is quitting. The last person standing in the relatively largest living quarters at the absolute lowest cost basis, WINS. Those are the rules.

But they won't sell and you can't get a full 99 year lease from them without going direct to the feeholder. You ever seen the top floor of Chrysler tho? Now *that's* a piece. 8k SF if memory serves w architectural details for miles. Zoned office but if u can WFH, y not HFW?
