I needed to buy doughnuts. So yeah, it was essential :-) Not crowded but busy.

If NYC sticks with downward trend for the next week, I’ll probably start going to grocery stores again. Have been doing Whole Foods via Amazon since early April, and it is sooo much more expensive.

I buy groceries in store often and I am virus free. Wear a tight mask, don't touch your eyes, and keep away from people. Grocery stores in NYC are tighter, but if ventiliation is good, you'll be fine.

I’ve heard of multiple outbreaks from NY grocery stores, although not recently. Hundreds of staffers have caught it. NYC is not Texas, there is little to no ventilation and no possibility of 6 ft distancing.

Depends on the store. Hit the Bravo on 34th ave and like 35th st. That or sack up and go to Costco.

No car makes it a lot harder also. Anyways, like I said, probably going to start going back next week if downward trajectory holds after the protest incubation period
