If the expensive, coastal cities don't want new development and places like Texas do, then the only viable solution for affordable housing is to move the jobs from the former to the latter.

Conform to what exactly in Texas? Houston literally most culturally diverse city in the US, and Houston, Dallas, Ft Worth, Austin, and San Antonio (just to keep it to the major cities) are all completely different from each other.
Okay you got a retweet, I'll respond. TO WHATEVER MAN. There are conservative views in Texas. There are liberal views in Texas. Of course Texas is diverse. I live here and my head is not up my own ass.
