I think she's saying that 1. the pay of the job offered by vaynerchuk media sucks 2. to apply for the job you need to do actual work for the clients for free, so it's abuse in some way Based on the number of social media impressions she's getting, I guess she's pretty good lol

It’s interesting that people who have established skills and credentials poop on things like this — esp in industries that are “sexy” such that there are too many people chasing too few jobs. In my career in retrospect, there were some jobs I should have paid to get.
