In 2013, I rented my first ever warehouse. By that I mean that I rented an uninsulated room in a warehouse that had an unfenced concrete stairwell that was full of mosquitoes. And then he said "And now I have a hot asian girlfriend." (his hot asian girlfriend was right behind him). And I was basically like "Thanks, Sir." It was actually pretty inspirational. He had a supplement company called GAT. Saw that GNC went bust so I hope he bounces back.
