"Do you have systems that are essential and work for your small business or startup?" Just curious if you think anything is missing in terms of framework to complete the playbook or things you could improve.

Nothing specific, but we have found Matt Mochary wiki usefulhttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1yVkNrvWLk0suLdZbpfcMadEyza1cMETSGv25Spqjthc/edit …

Can I ask who this is for and what the best to use it is? I’m guessing Mochary has a book as well?

(Just read the wiki a bit.) He has an interesting model for CEO coaching it appears. Most coaches start from the “what’s not working” angle and go bottom up. Mochary appears to have a more curriculum-based model that is top down.

A previous “SV Guru of the month” was Bill Campbell. He’s passed away but his approach was the bottom up one. Listen, probe, help find breakthroughs conversationally. I liked it — and is more what I’ve experienced.https://www.amazon.com/Trillion-Dollar-Coach-Leadership-Playbook/dp/0062839268/ref=nodl_ …

I was able to extract a few lessons from this but in general I read this book and thought it was trash.

Totally agree. Miserable book. No substance at all. Do not buy list! :-)
