Highly recommended to anyone in the software or PE space. I would recommend it in general as well. Many good business lessons.https://twitter.com/Greenbackd/status/1275126406469627909 …

Yeah they have a book (https://www.amazon.com/Great-CEO-Within-Tactical-Building/dp/0578599287 …), but the wiki is open and Matt updates it frequently. It's mostly for coaches (and agree with your comments on coaches), but I have found some template/frameworks useful outside of coaching for example comms, AORs, RAPID.

Thanks will check it out

(Just read the wiki a bit.) He has an interesting model for CEO coaching it appears. Most coaches start from the “what’s not working” angle and go bottom up. Mochary appears to have a more curriculum-based model that is top down.

A previous “SV Guru of the month” was Bill Campbell. He’s passed away but his approach was the bottom up one. Listen, probe, help find breakthroughs conversationally. I liked it — and is more what I’ve experienced.https://www.amazon.com/Trillion-Dollar-Coach-Leadership-Playbook/dp/0062839268/ref=nodl_ …
