It's possible that Asians are predisposed against the modern American diet more than people of European descent, but I doubt it.

This is one of my favorite takedowns of the modern American diet. Japanese in Japan are much healthier than 2nd and 3rd generation full-blooded Japanese in Hawaii, despite lower rates of smoking, high blood pressure, and total cholesterol. https://www.nature.com/articles/1001606 …pic.twitter.com/AS5P3dpHCH

Don’t know but...it was Hawaii so that tells you about stress and pollution vs Japan.
