The original tweet was misleading, the "board" was unnamed. I can see how someone could RT, but at the same time, given he is CEO and SoftBank owns stakes in tons of companies, it was reasonable to think it wasn't actually SoftBank.
It was Bloomberg and the original tweeters omission. Retweeting it, while not perfect (I fell for same trap) does not make one a douche.
