@amazon took action against counterfeit product without court order? Refusing to sell a book is clearly different, just trying to understand your perspective.
Missed this tweet somehow, sorry. Yes. I wrote a whole piece about how I think Amazon judging of infringement and counterfeit is a kangaroo court. They're terrible at it so they should get out of it. Look at how Twitter marked Trump's tweet as abusive for saying no CHAZ in DC.
