Yeah that’s not happening in my lifetime. Under appreciated part of this is that the largest asset owners really need to engage a broker to sell something as a fiduciary obligation to their LPs and/or shareholders.

I didn't know that. There are all sorts of things they do besides operate the MLS: 1. Advise 2. Set up appointments 3. Grease wheels for a sale 4. Trade off-market stuff 5. Make markets more efficient by knowing what person X wants etc.
