Friends, a Keto Question Humans keep ar. 2500 cal in "carbs" stored in muscles & liver. So does one enter ketosis by fasting 24h (assuming 2500 cal/day expenditure)? If so, shouldn't one remain subsequently in ketosis regardless of food composition if <2500 consumed afterwards?

Don't know (and I'm not sure anyone does). I would guess "yes" provided that the <2500 calories consumed continuously throughout the day. If you consumed all 2400 calories in a single hour then, you'd leave ketosis. While if you ate 100 calories every hour, you wouldn't.

Isn't ketosis bad? Like Ketoacidosis ?

I don't know very much about ketoacidosis. Ketosis is the state in which your body uses fat, as opposed to glucose, for energy, whether it's to think or move. AFAIK, the keto diet puts diabetes into remission.
