The more emotional someone is when expressing a view, the more likely it is that that view is incorrect.

I read this article a few years ago that I haven’t been able to dig up, but the takeaway was “if you have very strong feelings on a topic you probably don’t know much about it”. Of course there are exceptions, but usually knowledge leads to a more nuanced view.
“What’s your most strongly held view?” Feels like an interesting question to ask oneself and others. I don’t know if I have a good answer.
