I stopped drinking, I cut salt, I added cardio. Nothing made more than a minor difference. My doctor had put me on a diuretic to improve blood pressure, which didn’t help. So I went to UCSF cardiology and did a full battery of tests. Only learning was I have genetically high BP
I don’t have a horse in this fight. I’m not selling a keto course or something. Low-processed sounds good. I don’t know about high protein (as in I really don’t know). If I were you I’d fiddle around with diet more. God only knows what that pill will do. You are not your grandma.

Processed is not necessarily bad. And by whom it is processed is also not bad. A lot of people think juice is super healthy but for a lot of groups it overwhelms your body’s capacity to process all that sugar with the medium being high velocity absorption liquid.

(And even if it was a food thing, I’d rather take a tiny pill for 60 yrs than be vegan or cut pasta)
