The trap is to take him seriously :), all the fintweets who are seriously reacting to his takes are making fool of themselves and he loves it. He understand the Twitter / social game better than any one else. Even his apparitions on Fox / CNBC are purely entertainment.

And if he want to manipulate a stock Airlines are not the right category. Too much volume, High cap. There is hundreds of penny stocks / SPACs to go for :) I'm certain, he got trained by a lawyer after the first few days of day trading on the do/donts

I don't know security laws, but he is not an officer at Spirit with insider knowledge. Wouldnt that impact what he can or cannot say? Besides I'm sure he will always use the fact that he is an entertainer and 1st amendment to defend himself

It would impact it, for sure. That said, there are ways to get in trouble with the SEC without being an insider, for sure.
