I don't know security laws, but he is not an officer at Spirit with insider knowledge. Wouldnt that impact what he can or cannot say? Besides I'm sure he will always use the fact that he is an entertainer and 1st amendment to defend himself
It would impact it, for sure. That said, there are ways to get in trouble with the SEC without being an insider, for sure.
It's different. Elon Musk is an "insider". This dude doesn't have any inside knowledge of any company. He just can't give stock advices.
