Looks like they had zero restrictions on bars and restaurants, just said business as usual on may 10th, took four weeks for exponential growth to explode complete 180 from New York and Chicago who through slow reopenings and mandated masks indoors are down to 3% or less positives

So, with the “reopening,” why exactly isn’t the infection rate going to go exponential again?
Disposable masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, etc. seem harder to obtain than ever.
Many have stopped taking the 
seriously.
