At a car dealership, May was a record month for them. Inventory shortages now from covid disruptions and lots of sales.

our local budget getting brutalized in my city. sales taxes and visitor taxes fund a bunch of stuff.
Hotel tax and sales tax definitely down. Could’ve been compensated by other stuff though like all the cars being sold. People ain’t skipping property taxes yet....

It's going to be a brutal summer on the coast of Maine. I think they still officially have a two week quarantine in place for flatlanders that visit.
