At a car dealership, May was a record month for them. Inventory shortages now from covid disruptions and lots of sales.

Pretty sure all these distortions are going to come home to roost. Hopefully republicans prevent another major crazy spending bill as I am of the belief that the economy just needs to adjust now.

our local budget getting brutalized in my city. sales taxes and visitor taxes fund a bunch of stuff.

Hotel tax and sales tax definitely down. Could’ve been compensated by other stuff though like all the cars being sold. People ain’t skipping property taxes yet....
