What I learned: - if you’re going to take on an entrepreneurial endeavor it might as well be a big one because making it successful will be hard regardless - force everyone in a room and attack the thesis, joint responsibility on failure or success of new venture

- personalities change over time. It’s hard to find a person that you’ll love forever and vice versa in your 20s - you need to train your people regard of whether they are 7s, 8s, 9s, or 10s in their quality - don’t assume they know what they say they don’t even if you know it
