Is anyone aware of a non-western software company (for example, Xero and Atlassian which are NZ and Australian firms don't count) that is killing it in the United States?
I think over the next 10-20 years we'll see an explosion in foreign owned and operated technology, both globally and in the US market. For every Uber/Lyft there is GrabTaxi/DidiKuaiche We have a headstart, but cheap with better education goes a long way.

I’m interested, but not convinced. China might have the best chance but they’re basically in their own siloed Internet. Europe is a regulatory nightmare and few worldwide success stories come out of there.

The Chinese will leave China. It's a big market, but it doesn't matter. They're hungry. I think the smaller countries will also fight in the USA. It doesn't have to be with Facebook sized apps. They can attack niches. India I know nothing about.
