For a Monday to Friday work week the Jewish sabbath (Saturday) is way better than the Christian sabbath (Sunday). On Saturday you need to relax and chill out. Sunday is a great day to plan your upcoming Monday to Friday.

Eating should be relaxing. My last company I provided daily lunch to everyone. Sometimes people share industry news but I don't want anyone feel stressed.
I think working at lunch is a perverse American thing. Neither Europe nor China does that shit.

2 hour lunch break in Mexico, of course as consultants we weren’t allowed to take advantage, but it was the only project where we actually went out to eat instead of having something delivered and working through the hour.
