I’m one. I get too much email to delete it all carefully. So I just check my email once a day instead.

My work email is inbox zero, my personal gmail is 100k+ unread. Search works well enough I never have trouble finding what I need, but am now hitting the google free storage limits and will have to start aggressively unsubscribing or paying for more.

I had to start paying for Gmail last year. Been a subscriber since 2005 and had only deleted spam, archived everything else.
