Haha it turns out that you can just ask their e-mail in the Upwork chat. Upwork flags it, but nothing happens after that. I wonder if I signed something saying I'm legally obligated to pay that money if I take the work off upwork. That'd be funny.

On Upwork there are tons of accounts that were set up like 3 years ago but have 15,000 hours worked. This happens with their time-tracking software. So I suspect they are applying the Filipino Family Work model to my Italian podcast editor.
