I'm surprised large and small app makers haven't formed a trade group to put pressure on Apple for app store policies. Could they all "black out" their apps in protest if Apple doesn't concede? Is anti-trust needed if participants negotiated as a group? Or is this not legal?
make more money. Also, on Amazon (dunno about app store), 50% of the platform is Chinese and they're going to march to teh beat of their own drum.

I've been wrecked by marketplaces many-a-time, but I'm still against regulation. Government lacks the competence. The nash equilibrium for both the app store and Amazon is them on one side and trade org's on the other. It will happen. May remain one-sided, however.
