It's a part of our community. We can't NOT touch it and still stick with our company core values. Also, it's my company. If I can't say what I want and still stay in business, there are other issues

Dig the standing your ground on the topic. I have an expression for the ability of businesses to persevere through what should be "terrible PR". I call it the Chic-fil-A paradox. Periodically people quote-tweet screenshot what I write here and say "don't buy this guy's toys".
