With the advent of big competition for e-commerce grocery, I suspect this will be a tough decade for Amazon.

I for one will never go to a grocery store again. Why waste 2-3 hours of my life every week driving to a grocery store, going up and down aisles, waiting in line, driving home when I can just have Whole Foods or Instacart delivery it to me.

I agree totally with your sentiment and that is where we are headed, no doubt. But, with that said, the supply chain just is not there yet. How often did the pickers in store pick the wrong item for you? For us they are maybe 80% accurate at best. Sometimes the meat goes bad b/c

they keep it in a hot car and don't deliver fast. Lots of problems like that.

I agree it isn’t 100% perfect. But right now a lot of that is due to lack of supply. I get 90-95% of what I want now. 2 months ago it was 50-70%. The more people that use it ...the better the service. Having those 2-3 hours back to spend with wife and kids on weekend is great!
