Why shouldn’t they be sold to retail? Is a 3xSPX ETN more dangerous than the ability to go 100% into a options on penny stock? And, just because someone is a private individual it doesn’t make them an idiot.
I didn't realize that 3x levered derivative products were being sold to regular people.
