Ceteris paribus, yes. In practice, businesses don't get easier or harder to run as they scale, they just run differently. Correct me if wrong.

Maybe “run” is a bad word. I should have used “win”— for example, ebay gets better as a business the larger it’s network gets. etc
I don't like mixing scale with network effects because they're different but I totally agree. Scale is obviously a huge factor in a bajillion different ways. Of course with scale comes bureaucracy and laziness, which is why "at Amazon we're always at Day 1" haha
