I probably will add c: periodical review. Sometimes it's too later to wait for year end. Everyone is different. Some may need more guidance/feedback than others.
We do periodic reviews but only increase salaries once a year except in special circumstances. That works right?

I’ll give them a raise. I don’t really like bonuses. They’re easy to forget. Raise us forever, good and bad.
