Hazing is against the law though, just like a rape allegation. IMHO, these things should be sorted out through the courts as opposed to extrajudicial college hearings. As I recall, the house is boarded up. I know less about this than you do, but definitely is self reflection.

No students were disciplined. And the college is a private institution that can determine somebody violated its community standards in the same way Twitter can ban someone for things that aren't technically illegal. (and can also ban for illegal things, w or w/o legal conviction)

Sure, but it’s self reflection and what I’m saying is that it’s going to get worse and worse and start moving against the people who currently support the actions taken. Twitter is different. Yes it’s a private company but I’d argue they are America’s public forum. That’s
