I find it difficult to argue against them banning a fraternity for branding people. I wouldn't call it self-reflection. I'd call it discipline, and justified discipline at that.
But it is self reflection. Afaik, there was no case with the local governmental jurisdiction. It was extrajudicial discipline. Okay so you support banning AD. I don’t know what went on but I disagree. Anyways, I’m arguing that this is a moving target and over the next couple of
years, you’re going to see, like you did with Ice Cubes wonderful post, that the mob will adopt increasingly ridiculous views. Well just have to wait and see.

It was a college not recognizing a fraternity, something that shouldn't involve the legal system at all, so I guess it's "extrajudicial" in the same way sending a kid to detention is
Hazing is against the law though, just like a rape allegation. IMHO, these things should be sorted out through the courts as opposed to extrajudicial college hearings. As I recall, the house is boarded up. I know less about this than you do, but definitely is self reflection.
