Sometimes in manufacturing, you mess up. Unlike in software, the fix is not one upload to the cloud away. Our factory made our beaver design in the wrong fabric. Now we have a blind customer on eBay asking what it looks like. If we find 500 more blind customers we may sell out!pic.twitter.com/WCmEAfez9O
At the end of the day, the error is our fault. We failed to catch this problem in inspection. The factory in Vietnam, never having seen a beaver (haha), had no idea that this wasn't realistic. The only way to get out of these errors is closeout prices, I'm afraid. Tough :-/
