@TwitterSupport hey, my brother @HiltonHart has been locked out of his twitter account for over 2 weeks and twitter support is not responding to his e-mails. Can you please help him get reinstated?

I've gotten back into twitter. It turns out one part of twitter's two-factor text authentication is broken but another I found isn't. I've now switched to an authenticator app instead as well.
