Actually Chris Tucker was very upset during Asian promotion tour when some TV host literally greeted him, "Hi Chris Rock."
I think the fact that Chris Rock is way more successful (and probably talented) has a lot to do with that.

It was mainly because <Lethal Weapon 4> was released two months earlier than <Rush Hour>.
