>2 Disagree. See Taleb's "grandmother wisdom" argument. I've been in business for over 10 years, profitable for last 7, 2 companies. Oversight changes behavior hires and vendors. I've basically run that study over and over and over again. Maybe I'm wrong, but...nah I'm not.

You might be right, i have reservations about that study too. But proof should be stronger since you are pro-action and the study is non-action (grandmother argument usually applies in reverse situation).

Fair, but...given what's going on in our country, non-action seems a bit more dangerous that action, especially when considering the downside (cost and charging the cameras) to require body cameras.
