Looks like the cities are turning the looting around. Nyc is the one outlier perhaps (no national guard) and it still seems to be improving. We could be seeing the end of this. Weekend will be a big test. Of course, most stores are already looted or boarded up at this point...

I was at Millhaven Max during a RIOT where, after a stabbing, inmates refused to leave Yard. How was it ended? After a show of force and tear-gas, we were told it would be "pizza night" if everyone came in. ...And everyone came in. Meals sucked there, but the pizza was good.
Wow. That’s amazing. Was there kind of a leader hierarchy that was like “we’re getting pizza. Everyone needs to go inside now”.

There was a hierarchy and guys would not go in unless the "shot callers," so to be speak, agreed; but the point was made and teargas absorbed, it started to rain, and the food at Millhaven was soooo terrible that a slice of pizza really was an attractive inducement for a trade.
