I watch @cnbc every AM & never see segments on race, economic disparities, etc. until today + never seen this many black faces. Protests are working. “Radical” solutions like reparations are in pub domain - focus on policy. Think boldly. Capitalize on the moment. #protests2020
Was listening to Cornel West who said that "black faces in high places" isn't working. After 8 years of the Obama administration, it's kind of credible no?

I think there is some nuance here. Obama could never use the power of the exec office like Trump has without extreme criticism (and risk that voters associate that wide reach with future black candidates)
