100% unironically, white Americans are the least racist people on the fucking planet.

Not so fast. White people looking at themselves saying "we're less racist than others" after the historical terror that White people unleashed against others doesn't count. No. The methodology needs to come from outside. And 18-30 & 60+ are most oblivious to themselves.

I would agree that white people are the superficially least racist. In other words, they really go out of their way to avoid being labeled racist. Whether or not they are actually compared to another race, I don’t know.

You've a point there. There's an in-group and out-group dynamic there. In-group PC behaviour is to not endorse it. Out-group PC behaviour is to not acknowledge it. White people are also apoplectic if told by others that their narrative is Racist and "othering"/"dehumanising".

And some of the more open to self-criticism/self-observation/feedback tend to be Right of Centre White folks. (Somewhat religious, somewhat pro-capitalist, etc.,) The more the display of pronouns, higher the privilege exhibited/expected Vs Non-Whites/other countries' peoples.
