People think non-startup jobs prepare you for entrepreneurship. They actually teach bad habits. - BigCo job->“someone else will take care of that” - Military->“someone will tell me what to do” - Academia->“let’s develop consensus” These often have to be unlearned.

Ceo of Shopify posited that Brazilians are good at soccer because they play a small field version that enables them to touch the ball more. Outside of whatever the entrepreneurship equivalent of that is, best way to get good an entrepreneurship is to be an entrepreneur.
